SpreeFlexibleBanner

Introduction goes here.

Installation

Add spree_flexible_banner to your Gemfile:

gem 'spree_flexible_banner'

Bundle your dependencies and run the installation generator:

bundle
bundle exec rails g spree_flexible_banner:install

Using

Add a deface override to add the banner partial:

ruby root/app/overrides/spree/layouts/spree_application/add_flexible_banner.html.erb.deface
<!-- insert_before "#wrapper" -->
<%= render partial: 'spree/shared/flexible_banner' %>

or for ajax

<!-- insert_before '#wrapper' -->
<%= render partial: 'spree/shared/flexible_banner_ajax' %>

Testing

First bundle your dependencies, then run rake. rake will default to building the dummy app if it does not exist, then it will run specs. The dummy app can be regenerated by using rake test_app.

bundle
bundle exec rake

When testing your applications integration with this extension you may use it's factories.
Simply add this require statement to your spec_helper:

require 'spree_flexible_banner/factories'
